St. Patrick, Ireland’s Patron Saint tops the list of 100 Irish men and women of Irish descent who have had the greatest influence on the way we live today. A full list of all the names can be found in a new book by Peter Costelloe entitled The Irish 100.

Can you spare some time to help customers pack their St. Patrick’s Day Shopping in Garveys Super Valu on Thurs. l5th and Fri. 16th March.
The Lickey Concern Group and Friends will be busy on these two days packing groceries. So if you have some time to spare come along and help them. The rotas are filling up but there are still some vacancies.

If you are shopping in Garveys Super Valu on any of these two days please ask to have your shopping packed in boxes, Bags for Life on sale in Garveys or bring your own bags and do your bit for the environment.
