Saturday 3rd / Sunday 4th November

The Lickey Concern Group and Ogras intend to host two walks on the weekend 10rd and 11th of November to celebrate Féile Shamhna na gCrann' - The 'Autumn Tree Festival'.
Beidh Ogras agus Coiste Camohnaithe na Lice ag reachtail "Suil na Dulra" ar an 10 agus ar an 11 de Mhi na Samhna chun Feile Shamhna na gCrann a cheiliuradh.
La Spraoi dona paisti ata i gceist ar an Sathairn, and will be a fun day for kids of the 7-14 age group. The meeting point for this walk in Garrynagree wood is at the Marine Bar at 11am.
It is estimated that this event will take 2 hours with walking time of one hour. This walk will happen on a beautiful local nature trail that threads through mixed forest.
Kids will get the opportunity to learn about nature's activity during the nocturnal season. Numbers for this walk are limited.

Sunday's walk is for those who are no longer kids (except at heart). It is estimated that this event will take 3 hours with a walking time of 2 hours.
The meeting point for this walk is again at the Marine Bar at 11am.
This walk will take place on local forestry paths and on open countryside. The walk will include talks on the local nature and a talk on some of the local area's history. The cost per person is £1.00. No booking is required. Just turn up on the day.
